Blockchain & Web3 Engineering Company in Dubai
The UAE is one of very few jurisdictions with a purpose-built virtual-asset regulator, which raises the engineering bar rather than lowering it. We build chain systems for that bar: custody boundaries, transfer controls and audit trails designed in from the first architecture session, not retrofitted when the licence application asks for them.
How we engage
- Paid two-week discovery producing scope, architecture and a fixed price
- Delivery in two-week increments to a staging URL you can open anytime
- Named technical lead for the whole engagement, Gulf Standard Time hours
- Source, infrastructure and documentation yours from the first commit
What changes for your business
We scope against results you can measure in a quarter, not capabilities you can put on a slide.
Regulation-shaped architecture
VARA, DFSA, ADGM FSRA and SCA perimeters drive the design from day one, with the documentation your counsel will be asked to produce.
Security taken seriously
Threat modelling before code, invariant and fuzz testing during, and an independent third-party audit coordinated before mainnet.
Assets that transfer correctly
Compliant transfer restrictions, on-chain cap tables and allowlisting, so tokenised value behaves the way its legal wrapper requires.
Usable by non-crypto users
AED card checkout, custodial-to-self-custody paths and interfaces that never mention gas until the user is ready.
Everything inside Blockchain & Web3
Each area below is delivered in production today. Where a discipline has its own depth, it links to a full service page.
Contracts written test-first, gas-profiled, and put through adversarial internal review — then handed to an independent audit firm we help you select and manage. We do not treat our own review as a substitute for external audit, and we will not launch something that has skipped one.
- Solidity, Rust and Move contract engineering with property-based and fuzz testing
- Invariant specification and formal reasoning about the states that must never occur
- Independent audit coordination — firm selection, scoping, remediation and re-review
- Upgradeability, pause authorities and emergency response designed deliberately
- Gas profiling and optimisation against your actual transaction mix
- Post-launch invariant monitoring and a rehearsed incident-response runbook
We coordinate and remediate audits; we do not self-certify our own code as audited.
The infrastructure underneath an issuance — cap tables, transfer agents, compliance rules and lifecycle events. Issuing a token is a week of work; running one correctly for five years is the part that needs engineering.
- Permissioned token standards with allowlists and enforced transfer restrictions
- On-chain cap tables reconciled against the off-chain register of record
- Primary issuance and subscription flows with KYC and investor-eligibility gating
- Lifecycle events — distributions, redemptions, corporate actions, forced transfers
- Investor portals with statements, documents and reporting
- Secondary-transfer controls that match what the legal wrapper actually permits
Designed so your transfer agent, auditor and regulator can each reconcile independently.
Connecting existing products to chain infrastructure — custody, signing, payments and on-ramps — usually for teams whose users have no interest in becoming crypto-literate and should not have to.
- MPC and HSM-backed custodial wallets with withdrawal allowlists and dual authorisation
- Embedded and account-abstraction wallets that hide seed phrases from mainstream users
- Self-custody connection flows — WalletConnect, browser and hardware wallets
- AED fiat on and off-ramp integration with regional providers
- Transaction monitoring, screening and travel-rule messaging on transfers
- Node, RPC and indexer infrastructure deployable in-region
Built so a first-time buyer completes a purchase without learning what a nonce is.
Real-world assets — property, trade receivables, funds, commodities — where the token is a claim on something a court would recognise. That changes the engineering: identity, eligibility and enforceability stop being optional.
- Fractional ownership platforms with compliant transfer and holding limits
- Investor onboarding with tiered KYC, accreditation and sanctions screening
- Permissioned pools and identity-bound instruments for regulated issuers
- Oracle and valuation integration with circuit breakers on deviation
- Reporting formatted for regulators, auditors and fund administrators
- Architecture and control documentation prepared for licensing counsel
We build to the technical standard your licence category expects — and say plainly that we are engineers, not licence consultants.
Permissioned ledgers for consortiums where the value is shared truth between parties who do not fully trust each other — trade finance, supply chain, provenance and settlement — and where data must often stay inside the UAE.
- Hyperledger Fabric and Besu networks with in-region deployment
- Consortium governance, membership and channel design
- Trade-finance and supply-chain document and provenance tracking
- Integration with ERP, customs and banking counterparty systems
- Privacy design so sensitive payloads never touch a shared ledger
- Validator operations, monitoring and disaster recovery
Typical result: multi-day document reconciliation between counterparties reduced to minutes.
The UAE regulatory map, engineered in
Dubai does not treat virtual assets casually, and neither do we. Every engagement starts by pinning down which regime you sit under — VARA for most of Dubai, the DFSA inside DIFC, the FSRA inside ADGM Abu Dhabi, or the SCA federally — because that answer changes your architecture, not merely your paperwork. Client-asset segregation, key-management standards, transaction monitoring, travel-rule messaging on transfers and auditable record retention are engineering requirements before they are compliance line items, and retrofitting custody controls into a live platform is the most expensive rebuild in this industry. The concentration of serious operators around DMCC Crypto Centre, DIFC and ADGM means your counterparties and auditors will expect this standard as a baseline. We build to it and hand your advisors documentation they can defend — while being clear that we are engineers rather than licensing counsel.
Delivered across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain and Al Ain — and for clients operating from Business Bay, DIFC, DMCC Crypto Centre, Dubai Internet City.

Requirements & Planning
We interrogate the brief before we price it — commercial goals, regulatory perimeter, integration reality and the constraints nobody wrote down. You leave discovery with a scoped backlog, architecture, fixed price and a delivery date we intend to keep.
Wireframe & Design
Information architecture, wireframes, then a full design system in Figma with real content and every state designed — empty, loading, error, RTL. Prototypes go in front of real users before engineering starts.
Development
Two-week sprints against a visible board. Every increment is deployed to a staging URL you can open on your own phone, so progress is something you use rather than something we describe.
Debugging & Testing
Automated unit, integration and end-to-end suites in CI, plus manual QA on real devices, load testing, accessibility audit and — for anything touching value — independent security review.
MVP Launch
Staged rollout with monitoring, alerting and rollback rehearsed in advance. Store submissions, DNS, SSL, analytics and search infrastructure are handled by us, not handed to you as a checklist.
Maintenance & Growth
SLA-backed support, dependency and security patching, performance budgets held to, and a quarterly roadmap review that ties the next build to what the data is actually telling you.
Blockchain & Web3 FAQs
Cost, timelines, data residency and the questions UAE clients ask us most.
How much does blockchain development cost in Dubai?
A scoped smart-contract build typically starts around AED 55,000–90,000. Tokenisation infrastructure and RWA platforms generally run AED 220,000 to AED 900,000. A full exchange or multi-component regulated platform runs higher, commonly AED 600,000 to AED 2,400,000. Independent audit fees sit outside our scope and are paid to the audit firm directly.
Do you audit smart contracts yourselves?
We perform adversarial internal review, property-based and fuzz testing, and invariant checks as standard — and then we coordinate an independent third-party audit rather than certifying our own work. We help you select the audit firm, scope the engagement, remediate findings and manage re-review. Treating an in-house review as an audit is a conflict of interest, and serious counterparties see through it.
Do you handle VARA licensing?
No — we are engineers, not a licensing consultancy, and you should be wary of any development firm that claims otherwise. What we do is build to the technical standard your VARA, DFSA, FSRA or SCA category demands and produce the architecture documentation, control descriptions and audit evidence your licensing counsel needs. We work alongside legal advisors routinely and can introduce firms we have delivered with in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
What can realistically be tokenised in the UAE?
Property interests, fund units, trade receivables, commodities and loyalty or access rights are all being tokenised in the region, and Dubai has been notably active on real-estate tokenisation. What is possible in engineering terms is rarely the binding constraint — the legal wrapper and your licence category are. We design the token mechanics so your counsel can make that call cleanly, then build the controls their answer requires.
Which chains do you work on?
Ethereum and the EVM family including Polygon, Arbitrum, Base and BNB Chain; Solana; Hyperledger Fabric and Besu for permissioned work; plus Graphene/BitShares and L3COS where clients already have a footprint. We choose against throughput, cost, custody and compliance constraints rather than fashion.
Can our infrastructure stay inside the UAE?
Yes. We deploy validator, node and application infrastructure in-region on AWS Bahrain and UAE regions, Azure UAE North or G42, and we design permissioned ledgers so sensitive payloads never reach a public chain.
How do you approach security?
Threat modelling before code is written, MPC or HSM key custody, mandatory internal adversarial review, independent external audit, penetration testing before launch, and a bug-bounty programme after. We also rehearse incident response with your team, because a plan nobody has practised is not a plan.
Is Web3 still worth investing in?
For speculative consumer projects, we would generally say no and we decline that work. For settlement between counterparties who do not trust each other, for tokenised real-world assets under a proper legal wrapper, and for regulated platforms in a jurisdiction that has actually built a regime — the case is real and the UAE is one of the better places on earth to build it.
