ERP & CRM Integration Services in Dubai, UAE
Part of Digital Product Engineering
The value in most enterprise stacks is trapped between systems bought separately and never properly introduced. Integration work is unglamorous, and it is usually the highest-return engineering available to you.

ERP & CRM Integration capabilities
Six areas we deliver in production — not a slide deck of things we could theoretically attempt.
Platform integration
SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Zoho, NetSuite and Salesforce connected to each other and to your custom systems.
Event-driven middleware
A proper integration layer with queues, retries and replay — not a folder of scheduled scripts nobody dares touch.
Master-data reconciliation
Deduplication, matching and golden-record logic so two systems stop disagreeing about the same customer or product.
Real-time and batch sync
The right pattern per data flow, with monitoring, alerting and dead-letter handling that reaches a human before a customer notices.
APIs over legacy systems
A clean, documented API layer in front of systems that were never designed to expose one, without destabilising them.
Migration and cutover
Rehearsed cutovers with validation, reconciliation and a rollback path, planned before the night it happens.
Multi-entity, multi-emirate, multi-currency
Integration in the UAE is complicated less by technology than by structure. Group companies commonly run several legal entities across mainland and free zones, each with its own books, VAT registration and sometimes its own ERP instance — so consolidation and intercompany flows are the hard requirement, not an afterthought. Free-zone and mainland entities have different reporting obligations that the integration layer has to respect rather than flatten. Multi-currency AED, USD and GBP operations need consistent treatment across systems that each handle it differently. And the federal direction toward mandatory e-invoicing means document flows between systems now have a compliance dimension that did not exist a few years ago.
Delivered across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain and Al Ain — and for clients operating from Business Bay, DIFC, DMCC Crypto Centre, Dubai Internet City.
How your ERP & CRM Integration project runs
Requirements & Planning
We interrogate the brief before we price it — commercial goals, regulatory perimeter, integration reality and the constraints nobody wrote down. You leave discovery with a scoped backlog, architecture, fixed price and a delivery date we intend to keep.
Wireframe & Design
Information architecture, wireframes, then a full design system in Figma with real content and every state designed — empty, loading, error, RTL. Prototypes go in front of real users before engineering starts.
Development
Two-week sprints against a visible board. Every increment is deployed to a staging URL you can open on your own phone, so progress is something you use rather than something we describe.
Debugging & Testing
Automated unit, integration and end-to-end suites in CI, plus manual QA on real devices, load testing, accessibility audit and — for anything touching value — independent security review.
MVP Launch
Staged rollout with monitoring, alerting and rollback rehearsed in advance. Store submissions, DNS, SSL, analytics and search infrastructure are handled by us, not handed to you as a checklist.
Maintenance & Growth
SLA-backed support, dependency and security patching, performance budgets held to, and a quarterly roadmap review that ties the next build to what the data is actually telling you.

ERP & CRM Integration FAQs
Cost, timelines, compliance and the questions clients in the UAE ask us most.
How long does an integration project take?
A focused two-system integration typically runs six to twelve weeks. Multi-system programmes across entities generally run four to nine months, delivered incrementally so value lands before the whole programme completes.
What if our ERP has no usable API?
Common with older or heavily customised deployments. We build an API layer in front of it using supported extension points, database views or file-based interfaces as appropriate — chosen to avoid destabilising a system the business depends on.
How much does it cost?
A two-system integration typically runs AED 60,000 to AED 180,000. Middleware platforms with multiple systems, reconciliation and monitoring generally run AED 220,000 to AED 700,000.
How do we know the data stays consistent?
Automated reconciliation between systems, alerting on drift, dead-letter queues for failed messages, and dashboards showing sync health. We design so a failure pages someone rather than surfacing weeks later as a customer complaint.
Can you handle multi-entity and multi-currency?
Yes — that is the normal case for UAE group structures. Intercompany flows, per-entity VAT treatment, consolidation and multi-currency handling across mainland and free-zone entities are all part of how we scope.
